Experience, after listening to this tape, your confidencegrow. Confident in
your ability to make the right decisions right for YOU! When you are feeling
”down” ,”less than” and “not good enough” there is a low hum of negativity
running through your conscious and subconscious mind, creating a fog of
indecision. Because of research on this subject, we know that if you think
you can do something, the chances are greater you will be able to do it.
This is positive programming. Ask any athlete in competition. If you have
negative thoughts about an event the chances of success are greatly reduced.
If you picture handling a difficult situation in a positive way, feeling
confident and in control, the chances are far greater of feeling and
behaving that way.
Listen to this tape every day for at least three weeks or for as long as it
takes. After a while you’ll notice a change.
You will find yourself more able to stand up for yourself, more able to say
“No!” when you usually say “Yes” and wished you’d said “No!”. You will begin
to feel less guilty about putting yourself first. The more you take care
of yourself, the more you have to offer others
Release that creative and special part of you and hear that quiet and
calm voice; that voice deep inside you that gives you good council and wise
answers.
